What is Person-Centered Thinking?
Person-centered thinking, or PCT for short, is the idea that the perspective of the person receiving a service should be considered first and foremost. It's a way of thinking that embodies the phrase, "put yourself in someone else's shoes." It means that a program should consider a person's needs and preferences when planning for them.
