Updating My Life Map (5-10 min)
PRESENTERS: Review the life map activity as a team from Monday. We will be discussing how events in our lives change over time. Also use this time to update an habits, tasks, or other planner portfolio updates.
We have spent the last couple days describing sequences of events.

Check in on status, update, reward, encourage, report on habits, tasks completed, or anything else important going on in your life this week.

Discussing Our Life Map (10-15 min)
PRESENTERS: Using the timeline, ask participants to share one event and the date that it happened. This will help participants recognize that life events happen earlier or later depending on circumstances
We have been working on our life roadmaps. If some people are comfortable sharing an event and a date from your personal time lines, we can compare how our life events are different for different reasons. It's also fun to realize what other people's lives are like in the same time frame that we are living ours.
Using zoom annotation, create a team timeline or everyone in the group and mark the times (ages) in which the events occurred.
Note any differences or similarities for participants key events.

Covid Mitigation Moment (5-10 min)
What to do if you start to feel ill.
If you start to feel ill and think you are sick using the following sequence for guidance
Stay Calm being ill is a part of life. Many people have gotten illnesses.
Monitor your symptoms what is going on? How do you feel? If you need to, mark your symptoms in your portfolio planner so you have a good idea of how things have progressed over time.
Call, email, or contact your doctor or health care specialist before you visit. This will help the office prepare or send you to the places you must go to receive treatment or further information.
Stay out of contact with others if you think you are ill! This is a huge way to safely stop the spread of the virus. Stay home, stay safe, and keep others safe.

Find a person from history and create a timeline for their beginning, middle and end. Compare their life’s timeline to yours in your portfolio planner.
