Tomorrow's Show & Share: Questions I asked at my annual meeting. 

Did you ask something at an annual meeting that helped you with your program plan? This show and share will be dedicated to giving our peers ideas for advocating with questions at their next annual meeting.

PRESENTERS: Check in on planner status, update, reward, encourage, report on habits, possibly stickers here. If people haven't received their pages use share screen to remind them of the process.

Life Planning

PRESENTERS: Introduce the idea of longer-term life planning with the goal mapping worksheet. 


Use the Goal mapping worksheet* to practice imagining further into the future. Where do you see yourself in five years? Write, draw, doodle, or sticker in 5 goals you hope to reach in the next five years. 


Fill in your roadmap activity for a brief, 3 step 5-year goal plan.

PRESENTERS: Bring up the idea of senior planning and discuss. Creating a plan for our senior years is something everyone in and out of program would be smart to do. Explore different senior planning examples. Be sure to emphasize that everyone ages!

Now that we've talked about some different senior life styles, write, draw, doodle, sticker, or describe 2 – 4 care-plan wishes you'd want for yourself.

PRESENTERS: Complete Marco’s Inventory activity as a team

Using Marco's inventory worksheet*, complete which months occur in which folders. If you recognize this worksheet then challenge yourself and do the months BACKWARDS! Start in December and see if you can still do it fast. Share your answers with the team.

COVID-19 Mitigation Moment(5-10 min)

Every week we are working on understanding the coronavirus, a bit better as a team. Here are a few questions to think about as we near the year anniversary of visiting program virtually. Feel free to describe your answers with your team:


  1. Have you ever had a virus before, like the flu, or a stomach bug? Share about it.
  2. What exactly is the coronavirus? (Feel free to do a search to find this out?
  3. What ways have we learned that we can contain the virus by taking precautions?
