Task Based Planning:
Many people enjoy planning by a to-do list. Simply checking off their tasks (or to-dos) for the day is how they like to plan their days, weeks, months, and even a full year! A task planner is someone who likes to make lists of what they need to do at that moment.
How to write a better to do list
Presenter Notes: Do you have any examples of to- do lists? Have you ever tried to use them in a plan? This is a good time to share examples of how you may keep track of tasks.
Spontaneous Planning :
We can be organized AND spontaneous. We focus on what is going on this second but still keep our eyes on goals for the day or week. Each moment we choose things to do and finish that get us closer to our daily or weekly goals.
To succeed with this type of planning we need to be aware of the clock and what we can do right away.
