Part 1: Using the handout provided complete parts of the **Monthly Happiness Audit ** worksheet as a group.
Before starting the exercise, go over the different parts of the worksheet. (Presenters: Have Volunteers read out what each box says, starting from the upper left moving down)
Part 2: After you have reviewed each box: For this activity we will be reflecting about the Month of September. We will focus on 4 of the 7 boxes. (Presenters: If you have enough time, do all 7 of the boxes- It’s a great worksheet!)
