Hi everyone. Tahiya here. I felt compelled to work on a page like this because since being diagnosed with cancer in October of last year I have learned a great deal about self-care and the toll that stress and modern life can have on our bodies, our families, and our futures. 

I wanted to share all the useful things I've learned with all of you. Right now we know that things are dicey and we don't know what is coming next. That's exactly the time we need to keep our heads on straight and take the control we DO have so we don't feel like victims. Instead we can choose to come together, determined to head for a positive horizon and acting with kindness toward each other and ourselves.
